Our Team

Mark earned a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and Accounting at Kent State University.  After completing his education, Mark worked for a title insurance agency, a residential mortgage lender, a pension fund advisor as an asset manager, and a commercial real estate company as a Director of Property Management to become knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate field.  Mark is also a Certified Property Manager and has obtained his Real Estate Broker's and Florida Building Contractor's Licenses.  Mark has been a licensed Realtor for more than 25 years of combined experience in both the commercial and residential real estate fields.  Knowledge, complimented with experience and determination,  has earned Mark the respect and admiration of his colleagues and customers.

Through SSA Realty and Investments, Mark provides asset management, property management, operations and accounting services for  commercial buildings located in South Florida.

Through Preferred Residential Properties, Mark specializes in re-sales and rentals in Jonathan's Landing, achieving proven results oriented services and record sales.   Mark achieved an award for  over Ten Million Dollars in Sales in 2004

Mark and Linda Meckly are long time residents of the Town of Jupiter with their two children, Erin and Taylor.  Erin is a graduate of the  University of Central Florida and resides in Orlando.  Taylor attends the Palm Beach Community College and works for Specialty Services Associates, Inc.

Linda Meckly brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Specialty Services Associates, Inc.  During her 15 year tenure with Alcoa, the developer of Jonathan's Landing, Linda was involved in many facets of the community's development.  As Manager of the Customer Relations Department, she served as the liaison between the architect, builder, and customer.  Her responsibilities also included the coordination of site work, maintenance of homes and the interior design of model homes.

Her unique insight into the community and years of service to its residents gives Linda a special appreciation and knowledge of Jonathan's Landing, which enhances the level of services provided by specialty Services Associates, Inc. to the homeowner.

Linda also served on the Jonathan's Landing Design Control Board for over ten years.

Janet is a licensed Realtor® and teams with Preferred Residential Properties’ Broker, Mark Meckly and Owner, Linda Meckly, specializing on sales and rentals in Jonathan’s Landing.  Janet also coordinates the seasonal rental program.  She is systematic in the implementation of marketing and advertising efforts for the family of Meckly Companies.  Janet also maintains the company websites, and provides administrative support.

Jeanne has a graduate degree in interior design from Southern University and brings a abundance of knowledge and skill to Specialty Services Associates,  Acting as Linda's "Right Arm", Jeanne coordinates renovations, repairs, and special projects.  She serves as the primary liaison between homeowners and vendors to ensure top-level quality of service and timely completion of scheduled projects are achieved.  Jeanne also works closely with Donna regarding weekly inspection services and oversees the office administrative staff.  Jeanne resides in Palm City with her husband Jeff and have raised twin daughters that recently graduated from University of Florida.

Donna oversees weekly home inspections, as well as follow up with work orders that need to be made for home repairs.  Donna also works closely with air conditioning and plumbing service and maintenance projects.   Donna enjoys interacting with and assisting people and is always egar to lend a helping hand! 

Among a number of personalized duties, Nancy provides homeowner inspection services to Jonathan’s Landing residents for Specialty Services Associates.  Nancy is not only detailed, but also adds a special touch to each of her duties and projects.  Nancy lives in Jupiter with her husband Tom, has raised three children and is the proud grandmother of two beautiful grandchildren.

Kelly is a graduate of Florida State University with an accounting degree.  She brings a great wealth of experience in providing accounting and tax services to the entire family of Meckly Companies.  Additionally, Kelly is in charge of human resources, payroll and is an essential resource in overseeing accounts payables and receivables.   Kelly resides in Jupiter with her husband, Joe, together parenting two graduate sons, Ryan and Jarod, and one high school daughter, Brie.  Needless to say, she’s got her hands full!

Shelby’s provides accounting services to include: accounts payable, accounts receivable, job costing, and account reconciliation for the family of Meckly Companies.   Shelby is also a licensed Real Estate Associate and provides assistance to Preferred Residential Properties.  Shelby lives in Palm Beach Gardens with her fiancée, Damien, and their delightful seven-year-old son, Trent.

Christy contributes to all the Meckly Companies by providing general office duties.   Christy is keen on attention to detail, enthustiac and is customer service oriented. She lives in Jupiter with her family.
